Dina Shehab is a first-generation immigrant currently residing in the big apple (NYC). Originating from Alexandria, Egypt, Dina grew up in a traditional household not knowing much about the world of advertising and design. After moving to NYC in 2013 Dina became Chief Editor of her high school yearbook, there she learned about Photoshop, editing, and design, and developed a passion for fine arts.

This led her to complete an undergraduate degree in fine arts at the City College of New York, with a major in Electronic design and multimedia. There she learned to develop and hone her design skills, created a passion project that fueled her love for branding, and inspired her to further her education in the world of advertising and communications. This in turn led to her completing a graduate degree at the City College of New York in Branding and Integrated Communications.

As an art director, Dina is a passionate minimal design enthusiast, her work aims to turn ideas into reality that inspire, inform and captivate consumers​. As a bicultural student of life, she pulls inspiration from unusual places and offers a variety of diverse perspectives to inform more creative solutions to brand problems. Thus communicating in unfamiliar territories through design and innovating ideas in a space between the foreign and familiar. Due to her cultural roots, Dina finds herself finding ways to connect people and communities through her work, by being among the community she wants to join Dina is able to gather insights and pull ideas, this informs her process of creating designs that unite and bring communities to life.

When not in a race against time, Dina enjoys being with family and friends, exploring new things, traveling, watching movies, TV shows, eating, sleeping, and engaging in critical and honest conversations. Most of all she enjoys, exploring the unknown and making it known as well as growing in unfamiliar territories.
